We have now developed our own butchery cutting room - on farm - reducing food miles
to a minimum. We intend cutting and presenting our own lamb and we will therefore
be selling whole or half lambs for the fridge or freezer in the very near future.
Special requirements such as boneless, whole legs, whole loins, etc, will be able
to be catered for. All packages will be presented to the highest specification. Please
enquire as to availablity soon (September 2011).
